Chilli con Carne
This simple chilli con carne recipe uses a mixture of pantry staples and fresh vegetables, for a delicious comfort hearty chilli.
As the weather goes a bit chilly, a good bowl of comfy food is always welcome.
In fact, this recipe has become one of my favourite options for chucking in a lot of veggies in a way that is still really enjoyable for the whole family to eat. You can always "hide" a few veggies that are not the family's favourite without them to notice. You can almost use anything of your choice. The recipe I made today is the basic recipe for Chilli con carne and then the variations are up to your creativity.

Salsa for Tacos
For a good hot day outside I can’t help but to crave super light, fresh, summer-y foods and this healthy rainbow summer salad is the perfect dish for sunny days and a great vegetarian BBQ option! Also is the typical salad for tacos if you enjoy good Mexican food.
What really makes this dish special is the lime juice touch. The bitter taste of the lime in the dressing and various savoury elements really helps to pull this summer salad together.

A simple, fresh traditional Mexican authentic guacamole made up of only a few ingredients; avocado, onion, chilli, coriander, salt and lime – with optional added tomato, and black pepper.
Guacamole may be a super simple dish, made up of just a few ingredients – but they can definitely be bad or good. You can get all sort of combinations and additions if you buy them at the shop. But traditional authentic guacamole is actually made up of just a few fresh ingredients, it is so easy that you won't be buying it again!

Fill and construct the taco’s as you like, using a combination of filling with salsa, guacamole and sweet red pepper dip! It is all optional, you can use the whole recipe here or replace something you don't really like. I made some wraps to go on the platter just because I am not a big fan of Taco shells. And to be honest everyone loved them as well. Tons of combinations with all these options and all is so good, with so much flavour. It makes a Wonderfull evening to have friends over!
