THESE EASY CHEESE TRUFFLES ARE SO EASY TO MAKE
Cranberry Walnuts Goat Cheese Truffles. So yes, truffles made of cheese.
These are absolutely amazing to impress your family and guests.
They are no more than cheese balls with a very fancy name.
Also, while they look fancy, these only take 15 minutes start to finish. Plus bonus is that you can make them ahead and enjoy your dinner with your guests!
WHAT ARE THEb INGREDIENTS IN THESE CHEESE BALLS?
These Cranberry Walnut Goat Cheese Truffles are made with a mixture of goat cheese, cranberries, honey and parsley. You could add a bit of cinnamon if you like the flavour.
Whip it together and then use a cookie scoop to easily create the truffle ball shape without making a mess.
To finish them off, we roll them in more walnuts, shopped cranberries and minced parsley.
And if you are feeling extra fancy, like me, you drizzle them with a little honey before serving.
Feel free to play around with the recipe with what you have on hand or to include your favourite fruit and nuts.
These cheese truffles would also be great with diced almonds, dried cherries or apricots!
It's all up to you really, what do you like or have in hand.
